I am always looking for new ways to supplement and feed the "food guys" in the microbiome (gut), and raw, fermented kraut is the easiest and tastiest way to do so.

Like most Americans, leaky gut and digestive problems are always an issue. Raw kraut is an excellent way to supplement your daily probiotic by adding 1/4 cup to a meal. There are so many tasty selections to add to salads, vegetables, eggs, fish, etc.

So eat your kraut! It's delicious and nutritious!
